All in-stock products will be shipped within 0–2 business days after payment is received. We ship worldwide.
Custom Orders
Products not marked as “In Stock” are considered custom-made and will follow this production and delivery timeline:

We take quality seriously. Each doll goes through a strict quality inspection process before being shipped. When your doll arrives, please inspect it carefully upon unboxing.
If you notice any damage caused by non-human factors (e.g., breakage during shipping), do not use the doll. Instead, take clear photos of the issue and contact us at service@xdollhub.com within 14 days of delivery. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or return option.

If the doll has been used, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.

A 50% restocking fee may apply depending on the situation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly—usually within 2 hours—so please double-check all information before placing your order.

Within 12 hours: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund with no fees.

After 12 hours: A 20% cancellation fee will apply, based on the production progress.

Once a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled.
If you’ve emailed us to cancel but haven’t received a reply yet, don’t worry—we will process your request based on the timestamp of your email.
Damages & Warranty Policy
We only offer refunds or replacements for products damaged on arrival. If you receive a defective item:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include photos or videos showing the damage.

Email us at service@xdollhub.com and our team will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please thoroughly inspect your doll from head to toe before use. Damage caused by improper use is not eligible for return or exchange. We ask customers to handle all products with care.
We welcome your feedback—it helps us improve our quality and service.
Undeliverable Orders
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. Your shipping label will be printed exactly as entered.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will incur a 50% restocking fee.
