What's the delivery time?
Our delivery time can vary slightly depending ordered product, or your location.

What is your return policy?
We offer 90-day free returns for unused products. You can return your order at no cost if you change your mind.
Exceptions: Returns are not available for sex dolls as they are custom-made products.
Where's my tracking number?
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. When your order ships, you’ll receive another email containing the tracking number. Our delivery partners will keep you updated with regular tracking information.

My payment isn't going through
We accept all major credit cards. If your transaction is not going through, please double check
- credit card’s daily purchase limit
- Your addess is same that in bank infos.

Can i cancel my order?
Order processing starts within 2 hours of receipt of your order in general, so please ensure your order is correct before you hit the submit button. If we have begun processing your order, and you still wish to cancel your order, Please abide by the following policies :
You can cancel the order within 12 hours, don’t pay any fee, and we can refund full to you.
If you still want to cancel after 12 hours, we will charge a certain fee 20% according to the progress of your order processing.
If we do not reply to your email in time, please wait patiently. We will process it according to the time you send the email.
Once the doll has been shipped and the tracking number for the in-stocked doll or your custom doll has been finished, the order will not be canceled, please understand.
Can I modify my order after shopping?

Please review your order carefully before submitting. You may request changes within the first 12 hours for a one-time modification fee of $79.00. To make any changes, please contact us at service@sexrobotsdoll.com.
After 12 hours, modifications will no longer be possible due to the manufacturing process.
I'm missing an item from my order
Many of our products are shipped separately due to packaging requirements. For instance, if you order a sex doll along with accessories like a cleaner, they may be dispatched in different packages. While they often arrive around the same time, it’s possible they may be delivered separately.
If you need to collect your items from a postal office, please make sure to provide both tracking numbers. For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our customer service team.
